Hi! I'm your trainer.

Hey there!
My name is Ashton Reynolds. I am a mom of two. I am a pharmacist turned stay at home mom, but some days I think this job is harder! I love binging shows on Netflix, eating all the foods (a big foodie), spending time with my family, and being active. I am addicted to coffee, garden salsa SunChips, ice cream, sushi, and Mexican food.

My journey with TRIM bootcamp started in 2017 after my first daughter was born. I had been active since high school but while pregnant and postpartum, I was unsure how to get back into it. I found Valerie’s program and I have been hooked ever since. I did take some bad advice from a health care worker and tried a new program that was supposedly best for “my age and stage in life”. It was 1000x more expensive, way less community oriented, way less personal,
and absolutely did not work. I even came back to TRIM while I was still enrolled in that program. TRIM is the only lifestyle plan that has worked for me and continues to work for me. At first, all of the moving parts of TRIM can be confusing, but if you stick with it, it really becomes second nature. Believe me, if I can do it, so can you!

When I saw there was an opportunity to become a TRIM trainer I immediately went for it. Why? I have two main reasons.
First, I want my daughters to grow up seeing their mom living a healthy lifestyle. I want them to see a mom who has a healthy relationship with herself and food, that works out with the intention to stay strong and healthy, not to just lose weight. I want them to see their mom living as a confident woman so they can grow into confident women too.
Second, I want to be able to share this amazing program with as many other women as I can. I want to help you feel like the happiest, healthiest, strongest, most confident and energetic version of yourself. I want to show you that no foods are off limits, that you can eat foods you enjoy and lose weight, that you do need to eat to lose weight, that you can have a healthy relationship with food and you can make it through a workout. You can do all of this within a
supportive community of other women working toward the same goals as you.

I hope you will join me in my next round of TRIM! I will be there to cheer you on and support you the entire way.
